1. Introduction

RetainCLM ("we") provides an AI-powered customer lifecycle management platform for B2B SaaS businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

When you create a RetainCLM account, we collect the information you provide directly, including:

• Full name, business email address, and phone number
• Organization / company name
• Account credentials (your password is stored as a one-way cryptographic hash; we never store or have access to your plaintext password)

If you upload customer data to analyze churn and retention within your workspace, that data is stored and processed solely to provide the platform's features to you, and is not shared with other RetainCLM customers.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and secure your account, including email verification and password resets
• Operate the core product: churn prediction, retention analytics, segmentation, and related features
• Send account-related emails (verification, password reset, welcome, and service notices)
• Maintain the security and integrity of the platform

We do not sell your personal information or your uploaded customer data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Account and application data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before storage. Access to production data is limited to what's required to operate and support the platform.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage items, grouped below. Analytics only runs if you allow it. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings.

Necessary (always on)

• retainclm_cookie_consent (local storage): remembers your cookie choice for up to 180 days.
• retainos_token, retainos_admin_token (local storage): keep you signed in to your account.
• retainos_sidebar_collapsed, retainclm_analytics_open, retainos_tour_restart (local storage): remember dashboard display settings you choose.

Analytics (only with your permission)

• _clck (cookie, 1 year): Microsoft Clarity identifier that links your visits, so we can see which pages are useful.
• _clsk (cookie, 1 day): Microsoft Clarity session cookie that groups page views from one visit.
• Microsoft Clarity may also set its own cookies on its domains under Microsoft's privacy statement.

Other third-party content (no cookies set by us)

• Google Fonts: our typeface is loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
• jsDelivr: the dashboard's chart library is loaded from this content network, which receives your IP address.
• YouTube: our product video loads nothing from YouTube until you press Play. It then plays from youtube-nocookie.com, and YouTube may store data in your browser under its own policy.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to the address below. Account deletion permanently removes your account and associated data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
