When you create a RetainCLM account, we collect the information you provide directly, including:

Full name, business email address, and phone number
Organization / company name
Account credentials (your password is stored as a one-way cryptographic hash; we never store or have access to your plaintext password)

If you upload customer data to analyze churn and retention within your workspace, that data is stored and processed solely to provide the platform's features to you, and is not shared with other RetainCLM customers.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and secure your account, including email verification and password resets
Operate the core product: churn prediction, retention analytics, segmentation, and related features
Send account-related emails (verification, password reset, welcome, and service notices)
Maintain the security and integrity of the platform

We do not sell your personal information or your uploaded customer data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Account and application data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before storage. Access to production data is limited to what's required to operate and support the platform.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

RetainCLM uses browser local storage to keep you signed in between visits. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below. Account deletion permanently removes your account and associated data.
